PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Jackson City Council will conduct two Public Hearings upon the following matters:
Zoning Ordinance: ARTICLE VI Schedule of District Area, Yard, and Height Requirements Section 6-1. Table of Area, Yard, and Height Requirements to amend the lot and building size in commercial and manufacturing zoning and ARTICLE IX Commercial and Residential Guidelines to add requirements for commercial and manufacturing development.
The Public Hearings will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 and Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 7:00PM in the Conference Room at City Hall located at 134 South Oak Street, Jackson, Georgia.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in these meeting should call Jackson City Hall at 770-775-7535, not later than November 15, 2022, or December 13, 2022.
